GROUP 2
Discovering Connections: A Day of Experiential Groups

Co-sponsored by the Northeastern Society for Group Psychotherapy (NSGP), Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis (BGSP), and Brookline Center for Community Mental Health (BCCMH)

In-Person Event
6 CE Units / Clock Hours

There is no better way to learn about group processes and leadership than to be in an experiential group with a clear contract and well-articulated boundaries. The group experience can allow participants an interactive space to explore and share their feelings and their relational patterns. While these groups are process groups, and can generate intense emotional experiences, they are not psychotherapy. A brief period of didactic material and discussion will follow the experiential component of the day, and leaders will reflect on aspects of the process that unfolded.

This full day event will offer 2 experiential groups, limited to 12 members each. Participants will register for either Group 1 or Group 2, and registration will represent a commitment to attend.
